Dear Parents,
We hope this email finds you and your family well. We have been busy organizing and revising our blended model schedule according to the results we received from you on your choice of either the blended learning model or full on-line learning.
We have done our very best to accommodate all families who have more than one child in the school, so that they attend on the same days each week. If we have missed anyone, please let us know and we will revise it.
For the blended learning model, your child(ren) will attend school every second day on a two week rotation according the colour cohort (blue or pink), they have been assigned. Please refer to the Week 1 and Week 2 schedule below. The homeroom teachers will be emailing parents to inform you of which colour cohort (blue or pink) that your child is in. Senior High students can find their colour group information on Teams as well.

Please note that classes will continue to be 8:00am-12:30pm for both models. The gates will be open at 7:30am, but we prefer students to arrive 7:45-7:50 for the 8:00am class start. Your co-operation for dropping off and picking students up on time each day is greatly appreciated. We also need you to adhere to the social distancing rule when waiting outside the gate.
Policies Reminder;
- Uniform Policy – students must be in uniform whether they are on campus or at home. Please contact Zaks for the uniform items required.
- Cell Phone Policy – no cell phones allowed. For Junior and Senior High students attending blended learning classes who may need to call an uber at the end of the day, this will be allowed. However, NO cell phones are permitted at any other time and will be taken by teachers.
- Attendance Policy – student attendance will be recorded each and every day for students on campus as well as at home. The MoE now requires a daily report to be submitted to them for each of the models. Students must ‘show’ their faces to teachers to be marked as present.
