School Fees and Regulations

  • All fees are for a full academic year, according to the fee schedule for that year.
  • Annual fees are to be paid either in full or in two instalments.
  • The rates for all fees are mentioned in the school fee schedule, available from the school office.

Payment of Fees may be paid using the following methods

  • First payment Term 1: Payment must be made on/before 30 September / Second Payment Term 2 on/before January 15th.
  • Payment for fees may be made using the following methods: CASH/CARD/BANK Transfer.
  • The Registration Fee: 3,570.00 is non-refundable and non-transferable for the first time registration fee of each child at Blyth. This is in addition to tuition fee which are paid on a yearly basis for New Admissions.
  • Seat Reservation Fee - Returning students reserve their places for the following academic year by paying a reenrolment deposit of QAR 1,500. This amount is credited towards the annual fee and deducted when the first payment is processed.
  • Payment of fees by a company: In the case of payment of fees by a company, an invoice can be issued in the name of the company and copied to the parents. Parents who wish to take this option should provide a letter of Confirmation from the company.
  • It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure the fees are paid promptly by the company or sponsor. Any difference between the payment by the company and agreed fees shall be the liability of the parents and must be paid before the due dates.
  • Overdue Fees: A student may not start the academic year unless the first term fee has been paid in full. The school reserves the right to withhold the results, reports and certificates. The student’s name will NOT be deactivated from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Students Information System (NSIS) until all due fees are paid, hence the student will not be able to register in any other school in Qatar.
  • Withdrawal\Cancellation Policy:

    Tuition fees are non-refundable after 10 school days.

    Students who enrol mid-way through a term will be charged full tuition fee for the term and will not received a pro-rated tuition fee. There is no reduction in fees if any child is absent for part of the term. No Fee will be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion.

    Enrolment cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Blyth Academy Qatar a minimum of (4) weeks in advance of semester 2. If notice is not granted during this time frame, 50% of the semester 2 fee will be retained in order to release the student’s academic documentation and record from Ministry of Education and Higher Educational national database.

    No refunds or credits will be provided for a student absence for any reason.

    No refunds or credits will be provided if a student is expelled or dismissed for any reason.
