Dear Parents,

I hope you and your family are well. As Blyth Academy continues to prepare to gradually reopen our new campus to the community, new health policies and hygiene procedures are being implemented to ensure the highest standards of health and safety for our community members.

BAQ seeks the co-operation and support of the community to help keep our schools safe by adhering to the health guidelines put into place by the school leadership.

Please complete the attached Parent Commitment Form and send it back to school with your eldest child to their homeroom/assigned teacher or scan and email it to [email protected]. It is imperative that you complete this form in order for your children to attend school.

Adhering to the stipulations set by the MOEHE, attendance to the blended learning in class or online is mandatory. As previously communicated, if your child suffers from a chronic illness, they are exempt from attending in-class lessons. In order for your child to not attend school, you must submit a medical certificate for your child or family member. Please see the link below on how to secure this certificate. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Please note that Grades 7-12 students are asked to enter through GATE 3.

I will be sending an email providing further details and a schedule regarding our blended learning for next week in the coming days.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
