Blyth Academy Qatar follows a transparent admissions policy to ensure fair treatment for all applicants. Each student must demonstrate both academic and behavioral readiness through the application process.

 

The school welcomes students from Pre-KG to Grade 12 and opens its doors in August. Students can be admitted throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability and adherence to MOEHE regulations.

Requirement Criteria & Deadlines

To facilitate a seamless admissions process at Blyth Academy Qatar, we request that you carefully review the required documents, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines as outlined. Adhering to these timelines is crucial for ensuring your successful enrollment. Thank you for your attention to these important details!

Students currently enrolled in a school in Qatar who wish to transfer to Blyth Academy are required to present their current school with confirmation of acceptance into Blyth Academy, along with our NSIS Code 20401. Enrollment will only be permitted in the same year group or an appropriate progressive year group, in accordance with the MOEHE equivalency table. If there is a discrepancy between the year group offered and the year group accepted by the MOEHE, the offer of admission will be rescinded.

Qatari Students:

Latest report card, completed in June clearly stating the completed grade.

Should be attested and stamped from the Certificate Equivalency Department in Qatar.

Other Nationalities:

Latest report card, completed in June of previous year, clearly stating the completed grade.

Should be:

  • Translated in English or Arabic.
  • Stamped and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of the latest attended school.
  • Stamped and attested by the Qatari Embassy / Consulate from the country of the latest attended school.
  • Stamped and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.

Required Documents for Registration at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Qatar –:

  • Student Passport
  • Student Qatari ID number (QID) / Residency Permit
  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Student Immunization Record
  • Student Final Report Cards for the Previous Two (2) Academic Years
  • Two (2) Passport Sized Photographs of the Student
  • Father’s Passport
  • Father’s QID / Residency Permit
  • Mother’s Passport
  • Mother’s QID / Residency Permit
  • Clearance letter: If you are transferring your child from another school in Qatar, a clearance letter will be required from this school.
  • Health Record: student medical report, when relevant

Year Groups/Grading /Table of Equivalency​

Students will be accepted into the appropriate year group or the next progressive year group, in accordance with MOEHE regulations and the MOEHE equivalency table.
